All items are in stock and ready to ship. We usually ship the same day, as long as it falls on a weekday, between the hours of 8:00am est to 4:00pm est. Someone in customer service will call you or email you if there are any delays or problems with your order. Shipping is calculated online with UPS. Please allow  3 to 5 business days for your shipment to arrive coast to coast.

For our stores buying wholesale we will not accept any returns. Only returns accepted by our retail stores are damages. We must be contacted  within 3 business days after delivery.

For our private customers CONTACT US WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AND TELL US THE REASON FOR RETURNING AND WHICH ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN. SPECIAL ORDER ARE A 12% RESTOCKING FEE AND CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES
